Clinical Supervision

I provide clinical supervision online (Zoom) to counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists. Please contact me direct for further information regarding fees and availability.

I am a Counselling Psychologist and have worked with adults since 2005.

My clinical work supports people struggling with a variety of difficulties in their life and have a particular interest in supporting parents of disabled children (please click here for more information) and those who have experienced trauma.

There can be times in our life when we need time and space to feel, think and reflect in order to heal and move on. Counselling can help with a wide range of issues, past and present, which may be making life difficult at this particular time. I provide confidential, non-judgemental and compassionate support to help you explore your concerns with the aim of gaining greater understanding. Sometimes increased awareness can help enable changes in your life and at other times it leads to recognition where change is not possible and an inner acceptance is required.

Many individuals experience emotional difficulties at some point in their life and it is an important and courageous step to seek support during this time.

The therapeutic process can be difficult and challenging at times, and requires commitment and hard work staying with painful emotions. I will strive to support you during your process whilst always being respectful of your autonomy as a person able to make decisions in your life.
